Both the Nectar Classic mattress and the Nectar Classic Hybrid are medium-firm mattresses topped with contouring memory foam. This foam layer provides great pressure relief for back and side sleepers, and it will isolate motion well for those who sleep with a partner. For most stomach sleepers, however, neither mattress will be quite firm enough.

Compared to the all-foam Nectar Classic, the Nectar Classic Hybrid is a more responsive, breathable mattress. The layer of supportive coils will give the Nectar Classic Hybrid a slightly bouncier feel and increase airflow through the mattress – good news for hot sleepers! Note, however, that these features come at a premium, so shoppers on a budget may prefer the Nectar Classic mattress, as will fans of a more traditional, slow-moving memory foam feel. Fortunately, both mattresses come with Nectar’s 365-night sleep trial, so you should have plenty of time to decide if a Nectar mattress is right for you!

Hey, guys. Marten here from Mattress
Clarity. If you’re trying to decide Between the Nectar Classic and Nectar
Classic Hybrid, you have come to the Right video. Today, we’ll be comparing
both these mattresses. I’m going To talk about their similarities,
their differences, their construction, and who Should get one over the other. Let’s
get started. So I’ll start off by talking about the
similarities between these two Mattresses. First off, they both come
from Nectar. They both have Great customer service terms, sleep
trials, and warranties. Speaking of construction, they both
feature memory foam in their top layers. They have the exact same firmness, and
they both have a good balance of comfort And support. So now let’s take a look
at the differences between these two Mattress. First off, the main
difference is the Nectar hybrid Features coils, the Nectar Classic
does not. Now, because the Nectar hybrid is more support than the
best, best Nectar mattress. Also more breathable than the Nectar.
And lastly, the Nectar hybrid Is going to cost more than the Nectar
mattress. Now, let’s take a look at the
construction of both these mattresses. Starting off on top, they have the
exact same cover. A quilted, cooled in cover, Soft and breathable, moving down to
the main comfort layer on both mattresses. Also going to be gel infused memory
foam. All best, best Nectar mattress has That soft, sloth moving feel, and also
gel infused for Cooling. Now, that’s going to rest on
a layer of dynamic response foam. It’s Going to act as a transition layer,
keep it from bottoming out on both Mattresses. Now, the main difference,
again, between these two mattresses is Going to be found in the support
layer. So with the Nectar Classic mattress, You’re going to have base foam. Now,
over in the Nectar Classic hybrid, You are going to have supportive
coils. Also with the Nectar Hybrid Mattress, a thin layer base foam on
the bottom. Now, let’s talk about firmness and
feel. In terms of firmness, I thought both These mattresses were close to a six
and a half out of ten medium. In terms of firmness, they both have
soft layers right on top and Some more supportive layers beneath
that. Now, speaking of feel, They’re going to have a slightly
different feel with the Nectar Classic. Overall, just that slow moving memory
foam feel. Not a

Lot of bounce. You slowly sink in. Not
too easy to move around on This mattress. But with the Nectar
Classic hybrid, you do have that memory foam Feel right on top. You get some bounce
from the coils as well. So makes It easier to move around on this
mattress. So now let’s talk about how I feel in
different sleeping positions on both these Mattresses. Starting off in the Nectar
Classic all all foam mattresss. My back, Good match for me. Very nice balance
of comfort and support. Hip sticking The right amount. Doing some good
contouring as well. Moving to my side. Not a bad match. Precisely sleeping,
but a little bit of pressure on my Shoulders and my hips. I’m a larger
person though. I’m £270. If you weigh less, you should feel
better pressure relief than I did. Moving to My stomach. Not the best match for
stomach sleeping, and it’s only a medium firm Mattress. My hips are going in a
little bit and I’m getting out of alignment. Moving over to the Nectar Classic
Hybrid mattress on my back. Even a better Match for back sleeping. I definitely
feel the support of the coils down in the Support layer. So holding up my lumbar
area and good overall Support. And that same great contour
from the memory foam right on top Of to my side. Pretty similar to my
experience over on the Nectar Classic Mattress. A little bit of pressure on
my shoulders and my hips, but not too Much. And moving to my stomach, even
with that extra support from the coils. Not quite supportive enough for
stomach sleeping. My hips are blowing in again And I’m getting out of alignment. If you sleep with the partners, two
other things you do want to think about. It’s motion transfer and edge support.
Now, motion transfer means you’re lying Down on one side of the mattress. Your
partner moves around on the other side. Are you going to feel that motion or
not? Edge support means you’re sitting or Lying down to the edge of your
mattress. Do you feel secure or like you’re Going to roll off and onto the floor?
So first off, speaking of motion transfer, Both handle it quite well. Definitely
cut down that motion transfer in the Mattress. You have thick memory foam
right on top. Great for handling. Motion Transfer should be a good option for
couples in that respect. But speaking of edge support, the
Nectar Classic Hybrid definitely Wins out. With the coils in the
support layer, I feel much more secure Toward the edge. I feel secure sitting
and lying down.

So when you’re shopping for all Nectar
mattress, price is always a major Consideration. Let’s take a look at
the prices of both these mattresses with The Nectar Classic all all foam
mattresss. Full price close to $1,000 For a queen size. With the Nectar
Classic Hybrid, a little bit more pricey One $200 full price for a queen size.
But they do have Some great coupons and deals. You find
those in YouTube description below and So who should get
the Nectar Classic mattress first?
Obviously, it’s a better option if you want To save money. It’s going to cost less
than the Nectar Hybrid mattress if you’re On a tighter budget, take a look at
the Nectar Classic although mattress also, I think if you’re a lightweight
sleeper, you don’t need quite as much support as The Nectar Hybrid offers. You can save
some money by going with this mattress. Also, I think a good option if you’re
not too much of a hot sleeper So not as breathable as the Nectar
Classic Hybrid mattress, but also Going to cost less than the Nectar
Classic Hybrid. So who should Get the nectar? Nectar? Classic hybrid
mattress first. Solving is a better Option for heavier sleepers.
Definitely a more supportive Mattress. If you’re heavier and need
more support, take a look at the Nectar Classic Hybrid. Also, just generally
speaking, a better option if you need more Support. If you’re a back sleeper, you
need a little bit more lumbar support. You just want more support in your
mattress. Overall, take a look at this Mattress. And lastly, definitely a
better option for hot Sleepers with the coils. A lot more
airflow with this mattress. If you sleep Hot, take a look at the Nectar Classic
Hybrid. At this Point, you should know which mattress
is right for you. But if you’re still a Bit confused and want some more
information about either of these mattresses, Check out our full written review on You’ll also find some great Coupons there as well. We’ll see. See
