Gives you that pressure relief that you Need for support you'll find a layer of Steel pocketed coils these give the Mattress that nice bouncy hybrid feel But what's great about it is that they Still isolate motion pretty well The Brunswick mattress is a bed in a box Mattress which means that it'll arrive On your doorstep compressed inside a Cardboard box so to unbox it you'll Definitely want to get a friend to help You because these can be super heavy and You don't want to pull a muscle or Anything overall it took me about 10-15 Minutes to get it out of the packaging But you will want to wait about 48 hours Before you sleep on it just to give it Time to off gas and expand [Music] Moving on to two of the most important Things to consider firmness and feel so First of all here at mattress Clarity we Use a firmness scale that goes from one To ten with six and a half indicating The industry standard for medium firm The Brunswick mattress feels slightly Firmer than this coming in at 7 out of Ten and because it has a traditional Hybrid construction it feels super Bouncy but you'll still get a good Amount of pressure relief from the Memory foam on top We can't forget to talk about sleeping Positions on this mattress I feel really
Comfortable when I'm resting on my back Slightly firmer than average so I really Get that lumbar support that I need Moving to my side it's a pretty decent Pick for me but for heavier people they Might start feeling some pain and Tension along their shoulders and their Hips just because this mattress is a bit On the firmer side moving on to my Stomach I personally felt really great In the sleeping position this mattress Was supportive enough for me I'm five Foot three but if you're taller than me You might sink deeper into that top Layer which can get your back out of Alignment and create some pain so Overall pretty good for smaller folks Heavier folks should probably find a Firmer mattress if you're going to sleep On your stomach [Music] If you share a bed with a partner you Want to pay close attention to your Mattress's motion isolation and Edge Support so let's start by talking about Its motion isolation if you don't know What this means it just means if you're Resting on one side of the bed and your Partner comes in on the other are you Going to feel their movement if they Start switching sleeping positions During the night well fortunately even Though the Brunswick is a hybrid Mattress with coils at the bottom it
