The Bear Star Hybrid is going to be a great fit for certain types of sleepers. If you are a back sleeper, you should get a great balance of comfort and support. Average weight side sleepers will feel nice pressure relief. And, if you overheat at night, the Bear Star Hybrid’s cooling features will be a big help.
But, if you want something very firm or very soft, this medium-firm mattress might not be right for you. Stomach sleepers will also want to find a firmer mattress overall. And, if you like a slow-moving memory foam feel, you won’t really get it with the Bear Star Hybrid.

Hey guys Martin here from mattress Clarity are you looking for a Comfortable and supportive hybrid Mattress you have come to the right Video today we're talking about the bear Star hybrid mattress we're going to take A look at its construction my experience With it who it's a good fit for and who It's not a good fit for let's hop in [Music] First off I will note receive this Mattress for free from the brand we may Earn a commission if you decide to Purchase this this helps keep this Content free for you and helps fund our Testing operations And now let's talk about the major Details you need to know about the bear Star hybrid mattress first off it comes With 120 night sleep trial a lifetime Warranty and free shipping and returns But now let's take a look at the Mattress itself starting on top and Working our way down so first off on top A cooling sealion cover it's going to Have some cooling fibers in there to Draw heat away from your body beneath That you're gonna have a layer of copper Infused memory foam this is going to Offer some great pressure relief but the Copper infusion is going to help with Cooling as well and beneath that you're Going to have some more responsive foam This is going to act as a transition
Layer keep it from sinking too far into The mattress and bottoming outs and Beneath that you're going to have some Individually wrapped coils so you're Going to add the main support in the Mattress going to keep it nice and Breathable and support your body all Through the night So the bear star hybrid is a bed in the Box mattress it's going to come to your House in a cardboard box but in my Experience it was very easy to set up This mattress we brought the Box inside So I got the rolled up mattress and Place it on the frame took away all the Plastic and gave it about 24 hours to Completely off gas and expand and after That it was good to go [Music] So now let's talk firmness and feel and In terms of firmness I thought the Barrel star hybrid was close to a six And a half out of ten about medium in Terms of firmness you do have some very Supportive layers in this mattress Supportive coils but on top of that the Layers are much plusher it all combined Close to a medium firmness now speaking Of feel definitely a bouncy responsive Mattress overall with the coils and some Responsive Foams near the top you do get Some plushness again near the top of the Mattress but it's not too hard to move Around on the bear star hybrid
Foreign Of sleeping positions starting on my Back a fantastic match for me medium Firm mattresses are usually a very good Option for back sleepers the bear star Hybrid is no exception my hips thinking Just the right amount I feel good lumbar Support a little bit of contouring and Good overall support as well moving to My side also a decent option for side Sleep again some plush layers on top Relieving pressure on my shoulders and My hips I am a bigger person though I'm 270 pounds if you weigh less than me you Should feel even better pressure relief Than I did but with each of my stomach It's not quite supportive enough for me Under my hip so they're blowing in there And I am getting out of the line bits Foreign ER there's two more things you want to Think about namely motion transfer and Edge support now motion transfer means You're lying down near one side of the Mattress your part moves around on their Side of the mattress are you going to Feel that on your side of the mattress Edge support means if you're sitting or Lying down near the edge of your Mattress do you feel secure like you're Going to roll off and onto the floor so First off speaking of motion transfer The bear star hybrid handles it quite Well while it is a bouncier mattress
Overall the thick plush layers on top Really absorb a lot of that motion and Speaking of edge support the bear star Hybrid has excellent Edge support when I'm sitting near the edge and lying down To the edge I feel secure not at all I'm Going to roll off and get onto the floor And now let's talk pricing and at full Price for a queen-size bear star hybrid Close to 1700 but we do have some Fantastic deals here at mattress Clarity You'll find them in the YouTube Description below and over on our Website And now the moment you've all been Waiting for who should get the bear star Hybrid mattress and who shouldn't get The bear star hybrid mattress first off In terms of who should get this mattress It's a great option for back sleepers Again it's a medium for a mattress an Excellent balance of comfort and support Exactly what you're looking for if You're a back sleeper it's also a good Option I think for average weight and Lightweight side sleepers if you're not Too heavy you should feel great pressure Relief on your shoulders and your hips On the bear star hybrid if you are on The larger side though it would look for A different mattress and last but not Least also good option I think for hot Sleepers being a hybrid mattress with The coils a lot of room for airflow also
