I love to use alarm clocks in the Morning I think they are great buffers To help us not sleep in but the reality Is if you're someone who's actually a Really good consistent sleeper with your Bedtime and wake time every night you Should actually naturally get up within About 20 30 minutes on either end of Your time that you naturally have Trained yourself to wake up for so to Need an alarm clock I find it's just a Little bit more of a buffer or it helps People to not sleep in after a really Rough night but ideally your body clock Should actually be pretty well set that You wake up around the same time every Morning
